Not completely satisfied?

We want you to feel confident in every Velverio piece. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition, including all labels and packaging.

How To Return

1. Request

Email us at support@velverio.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Ship

Once your return request has been approved, you'll receive the return instructions. Carefully package your item and send it back using the provided instructions.

3. Refund

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to help.

Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size, subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, a refund will be processed once your return has been received and approved.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in their original packaging.
  • Be free from stains, odors, or any signs of wear.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
